Cat Portals

The cat portals are made from acrylic yarn, so they are machine wash- and dry-able!

Wool Items

1. In a large bowl or bucket, submerge the item in lukewarm water and a mild wool detergent and let soak for 15-30 minutes.

2. Gently hand wash the item by squeezing it underwater a few times.

3. Unless the detergent you used is marked as a no-rinse detergent, rinse out the soapy water using cold water.

4. Carefully squeeze out excess water without wringing or pulling.

5. Lay the item out on a clean, dry towel and then roll it up in the towel and squeeze out most of the excess moisture.

6. Reshape the item atop a dry towel and leave it to air dry flat.

*You can iron felted items using the wool setting if needed. This is particularly useful for the coasters. Do not iron items that are not felted.
